摘要剖析了商业生态系统健康状况对企业战略行为的催化机制，探究了商业生态系统健康状况对企业价值的影响以及企业战略行为对价值创造的作用，构建了“信息技术商业生态系统健康-战略行为-企业价值”范式。通过178个样本的实证分析，得到结论: 信息技术的商业生态系统健康对企业战略行为有积极的刺激作用，对企业价值创造有比较显著的推动作用；企业战略行为对促进价值创造有显著作用。研究结论对中国信息技术产业/企业发展具有理论指导价值。

Abstract：Based on reviewing the catalytic mechanism between business ecosystem health and strategic conducts, this paper analyzes the impact of the business ecosystem health on enterprise value and enterprise conduct on value creation and builds the IT Business Ecosystem Health-Strategic Behavior-Enterprise Value paradigm. The paper makes an empirical analysis of 178 samples. It is found that IT Business Ecosystem Health stimulates corporate strategic conducts and has significant effect on enterprise creation and enterprise strategic conducts make strongly influences on corporate value. Conclusions are expected to provide guidance on the development of IT industry and the enterprises in China.
