Abstract：Taking the complex product manufacturing for example and based on the research perspective of heterogeneous, open and dynamic nature, this paper analyzes the content and system composition of eternal knowledge absorptive capacity in core cluster business indepth from a process perspective. On this basis, the research designs and develops appropriate scale, and does reliability testing, KMO and Bartlett spherical test, the load factor extraction and factor analysis and validity test of data collected from questionnaire. The results can not only provide reference measurement frame for the subsequent empirical analysis, but also exhibits a practical significance of reference and guidance for the cultivation and development of technological innovation in the cluster core businesses and the whole industry clusters.
