中国商业行业协会自组织机制的案例研究  ——中西监督机制的差异

摘要通过对S镇行业协会个案的分析，并对比既有研究中协会的运作过程，将拓展个案法和二手数据分析法相结合，辅以中西自组织差异的比较，集中探讨了地方企业集群中的行业协会是如何利用社会资本建立监督机制，以制约成员“搭便车”的动机并促进合作的，验证了能动的社会网、第三方信任和社会网结构内的封闭性在自组织合作中的重要作用。

Abstract：This paper studies one case of local industrial selforganization and compares it with another case from the U.S. We find that trust in a third party helps increase the reliability of a monitoring mechanism, especially when this third party also plays the role of arbitrator. In addition, informal sanctions in a small closed network of selforganized associations are the key for success for local industries using selfmonitoring.
