中国管理理论的本土研究：内涵、挑战与策略

摘要本土研究不仅有利于地方知识的创新，也有利于全球知识的累积。从合法性和方法论2个方面讨论了本土研究面临的挑战，建议在本土研究中采用投入型学术研究模型，并讨论了该模型在未来研究中可能遇到的问题及其解决策略。

Abstract：Indigenous researches benefit both local knowledge innovation and global knowledge accumulation. This paper clarifies the difficulties faced by indigenous management researchers in China including legitimacy cause and methodological cause, and proposes the adoption of an engaged scholarship diamond model in indigenous researches. The problems and solutions of this model in the future application are also discussed.
