Abstract:In order to explore the collaborative governance path of panoramic government digital integration technology sinking based on the governance ability of multiple subjects, this study analyzes 31 provincial government digital integration governance cases in China by configuration analysis, and detects the strategic interaction effect of digital integration technology using GeoDetector. The results show that: the collaborative governance paths of government digital integration technology sinking across China show regional differences and diversified choices. The technology sink drivers include four types which are channel sink drivers under government coordination, channel sink drivers under market demand oriented, citizen demand oriented drivers and service supply oriented channel sink drivers. The interaction detection results of digital strategies by GeoDetector. show that the interaction between government coordination and civic literacy, and the interaction between channel sinking construction and civic literacy can best explain the high level of governance performance of government digital integration.
