Abstract:Taking Huawei as an example, and based on the unity of opposites between projects and operations in the context of digitalization, the mechanism of project management operationalization is constructed. This study has the following conclusions: the digital platform has the characteristics of resource agglomeration, efficiency improvement, and diversity connection. Based on the digital platform, the project-based mode and operational advantages can co-exist. Enterprises can realize a seamless link between standard operation and customized project management through the homogenized deconstruction of multi-project tasks, the standardized operation of homogeneous units, and the customized combination of standardized components. A new organizational form of multi-functional operation “center” has been developed for operation organizations in collaboration with projects. The function of operation organizations has changed from control into empowerment. And the structure has changed from the functional system into the flat structure. At the same time, enterprises should formulate coordination mechanisms to avoid the mismatch of power and responsibility as well as blocked communication.
