Abstract:Through the exploratory longitudinal single case study, this study takes Inspur Group as the research object, constructs the strategic transformation path of IT enterprises under entrepreneurship guidance, and summarizes the logic of strategic transformation and organizational structure adjustment. The study finds that, under the orientation of entrepreneurship, IT companies can break through the resource inertia, routine inertia, and cognitive inertia of the organization by integrating different links of the logical chain such as organizational forgetting, organizational improvisation and resource combination;these companies can promote the adjustment of organizational structure to the development of water-like organizations with more external dynamic adaptability, integration, internal toughness, and individual initiative. In addition, the dominant logic of strategic change in different strategic development stages is identified; based on this, a matching strategic change mechanism is designed to realize strategic change.
