Abstract:Based on the long-term practice of Outstanding companies in solving the key problems of operation and management themselves, the mechanism of their thinking and action is explored and analyzed which enlightens researchers and practitioners could discover the common points of cooperation. Through the grounded study on the practical materials of Haier and Huawei, the internal mechanism of the self-management research of “spiral practice embedding” of the two Outstanding companies with the main category structure of “practical perception-proposition induction-test and upgrading-theoretical framework” is extracted. Therefore, in the overall model of autonomous study, practical perception is the condition, proposition induction is the core activity, the test and upgrading is the key node, and the theoretical framework is the programmatic requirement that is tested through the continuous spiral embedding to enterprises practice.
