基于CSSCI的我国隐性知识研究的文献计量分析

摘要为了探析我国隐性知识研究的动态，将1998~2017年中文社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）数据库收录的与隐性知识研究相关的865篇文献作为研究对象，借助CiteSpace V等软件，采用文献计量方法，对隐性知识研究的文献特征和研究热点进行分析。研究表明：我国隐性知识研究有3个研究热点，分别是隐性知识开发与利用、图书馆隐性知识共享，以及虚拟科研团队隐性知识共享。

Abstract：In order to explore the dynamics of tacit knowledge research in China, 865 papers on tacit knowledge were got from 1998 to 2017, using Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI) as the data source. With the help of CiteSpace V and other software, this study analyzed the features and hotspots of tacit knowledge field by bibliometric method. Three research fronts were concluded in tacit knowledge research: development and utilization of tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge sharing in the library, and tacit knowledge sharing in the virtual scientific research team.
