Cooperation is basic of the function realization and smooth running of tacit knowledge transfer network. Intention to cooperate is a prerequisite for member cooperative behavior. Through the depth interviews, the deep influence factors of members cooperation intention were investigated by grounded theory. The results indicated cooperation benefits(internal driving factors), cooperation cost(regulatory factors), cooperation risk(situational factors) and cooperative environment (supporting factor) of four main categories have significant impacts on members cooperative intention, and justified the theoretical model and dynamic mechanism, adjustment mechanism, hindered mechanism and security mechanism of members cooperation.
