Abstract:This study bulids the semantic network and social network by mining high-frequency words of home inns with ROST. We collected and analysed tourists’ online reviews of home inns of five typical towns in China to identify the most important factors that toursits take into account while commenting on home inns. In this study, we construct analysis category, preliminary evaluation model and evaluation scale, using the theory and methods of content analysis. The aim of this study is to provide some theoretical basis of building a complete evaluation model of Chinese home inns and offer some suggestions for home inns improvement.
