Abstract:Second generation entrepreneurs are the future of the transition economy. This study focuses specially on 145 second generation entrepreneurs and explores the impact of entrepreneurial motivation orientation and entrepreneurial environment perception on entrepreneurial happiness. The study also tests the moderating effect of entrepreneurial environment perception on entrepreneurial motivation to entrepreneurial happiness. The empirical study gets several important results. Firstly opportunityoriented motivation can positively influence entrepreneurial happiness. While profitoriented motivation has a negative effect on entrepreneurial happiness. Secondly, perception of government environment has significant positive moderating effect on opportunityoriented motivation to entrepreneurial happiness.
