Abstract:Based on the theory of allocation of entrepreneurship put forward by Baumol, this study proposes the research framework of "allocation of
entrepreneurshipinternal equilibrium & equilibrium between enterprisesenterprise performance" to analyze the allocation of productive and nonproductive activities within the
coopetition relationship among enterprises related. The campaign of "Wang laoji" between Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holding Limited and JDB was selected as the case for further research.
How the allocation of entrepreneurship affects the internal equilibrium and equilibrium between enterprises in the process of cooperation and competition was explored. The major findings
include: ①Given resource constraints, optimal allocation ratio will result the internal equilibrium in case marginal revenue of productive activities, nonproductive activities and the
proportion of these two activities equal 0. ②Different states of internal equilibrium will lead to three levels of equilibrium between enterprises: highlevel equilibrium, lowlevel
equilibrium and imbalance. Finally, it is concluded that enterprises must collaborate with other enterprises to maintain a high level equilibrium while seeking internal equilibrium in order
to achieve longterm growth of enterprise performance.
