Abstract:Firm network behavior is the foundation to deeply study network organization characteristics, patterns and understanding the evolution of firm networks. In this study, based on “resourceoriented” enterprise network behavior, we propose a framework of social network analysis perspective. First, in relations and structures embedded, two dimensions, we define the “resourceoriented” enterprise network behavior as “resource access”, “resource expand” and “resource control”. Subsequently, we introduce “distribution right”, which is a very important part in Social Network Theory and propose an analytical framework of the “resourceoriented” firm network behavior rules. Finally, according to the different stages of enterprise characteristics and resource needs, we analyze the evolution of firm network behavior.
