This paper analyzes the mechanism of managerial cognition representation influencing organizational decisionmaking in the context of organizational complexity, and extracts three important factors, such as representation intensity, representation bias and experience richness. Then the paper makes a simulation based on NK model. The result shows that, managerial cognition representation can efficiently improve the quality of decisionmaking in the context of complexity, and build the mechanism model of representation intensity, representation bias and experience richness influencing organizational decisionmaking.
