Based on our previous researches, this paper puts forward a comprehensive analysis framework and establishes a system dynamics model of tacit knowledge sharing in the scientific research team of university and simulates it. The simulation results shown that the model could validly reflect the reality of tacit knowledge sharing in the scientific research team of university. According to the model, we make a policy design, which would has better directive significance for promoting team members to participate in tacit knowledge sharing, enhancing the knowledge accumulation effect and improving innovation ability of the whole team.
