Many successful social entrepreneurs have rich working experience. And previous studies have shown that prior working experience has a significant impact on the entrepreneurial progress. Accordingly, from the perspective of resourcebased theory and knowledge transfer, this paper uses grounded theory methodology to construct the theoretical framework, namely "the impacts of social entrepreneur’s prior working experience on the integration of entrepreneurial resources", through collecting and analyzing the typical cases of social enterprises. It explains the mechanism how prior working experiences impact the resourceintegration of social enterprise. The results suggest that there are positive impacts of social entrepreneur’s prior working experience on the integration of entrepreneurial resources.
