In the special institutional environment of China after entering WTO, this article deeply analyze the two main types of pressure and affectsthe economic globalization and domestic market fragmentation, and figure out four main strategic choices of Chinese corporate dealing with these pressures have proposed, including the high market localization and high industrial diversification, the high investment localization and high industrial focusing, the high industrial focusing and high market diversification, and the high industrial diversification and high market diversification. Then a strategic choice model for Chinese corporate responding the two types of pressure in new times is proposed. Furthermore, the opportunities and challenges of companies of each strategic choice in future under the environmental transferring and development are discussed to provide directions for corporate making appropriate strategic choice under the new landscape.
