Being a long process, constructing Chinese management needs many researchers working from different respects. Open mind and encouraging attitude are required in academic dialogues. Oriental management not only identifies with national culture, but also echoes the contemporary management problems in Chinese context. There are many tasks for oriental researchers, such as collecting more broad empirical evidences and instrumentalizing some principles, but Oriental management is not an ideology indeed.
