Nowadays, the capabilities of a company's absorbing new knowledge decide the level of its gaining knowledge, innovating, and earning advantage and profits. From reviewing and summingup existing researches, the relationship between absorptive capacity and performance were explored by using the data from 200 Chinese companies was explored, and the impact of two groups of element impacting absorptive capacitythe motility of absorptive capacity and the conformity mechanismon the absorptive capacity were identified. The revelations of conclusions of Chinese company management were discussed: the internal and external supports could not be neglected when research on absorptive capacity. It is seen that the transferring capacity of company would impact the performance, but not do innovative capability in China.
