The influential factors of postgraduate's employment at his/her career entrance were divided into two parts, namely, promotional and impedimental factors by using empirical research.  It is seen that postgraduates have their different genders，discipline categories and work types with their perceived different characteristics in the two factors. Some suggestions of overcoming the barriers at the career entrance of postgraduates are also proposed.
