That scientific circle is divorced from business one is the separation of theory with practice in nature.  Since the characteristics of management means that managerial theory derives from business practice, there should not be tensions between theory and practice.  From this fundamental problem, the reason why theory is departed from practice was discussed rationally to promote  interaction between academic research and business practice and refine managerial theory from the distinctive business practice in China.
