The significance of the application of engineering method in the analysis of rational quality was described.  The guiding meaning and applicability of different quality cost views of quality value analysis were discussed.   The most valuable quality was explored by value engineering and the division of traditional quality cost control district was improved.  The best quality range of the conjunction of the value analysis and profit analysis is also given.
