The evaluation index system was brought forward based on the literature review of recent research about organizational learning capability,this paper set up a comprehensive evaluation model for organizational learning capability and analyzed a case to make enterprises realize and evaluate their own organizational learning capability objective and correctly and provided the theoretical theory basis to improve the organizational learning.
