On the basis of the right dichotomy in GHM theory，it is thought that right derives from information essentially. The conditions, in which right takes effect, the action scope of right is equal to t he capacity of right, were defined.  The right corpora divided into three parts: contract right，information right and common field，that is trichotomy.  The characters of information control right and information claim right were analyzed.  It is pointed out that information right is significant to further research of firm institution arrangement also.
