ODM enterprises with small batch production are more common in diversified markets. Owing to unique production characters in these enterprises, it is difficult to control the production process for the ODM enterprises. How to increase the agility of these kinds of enterprises is very important in the market competition. On the basis of knowledge management, information management in the ODM enterprises was analyzed. Ii is suggested that gradual business process reengineering (BPR) be used in the ODM firms to improve their agility in manufacturing processes. A practical use of this mode was shown to explain its validity.
